Inauguramos junto a los artistas del Centro de día El Vergel y es un honor presentarnos de forma pública en un espacio tan especial como el Centro Joaquín Roncal, de la Fundación CAI-ASC. Desde aquí queremos agradecer la atención de su directora Blanca Carvajal.
También disfrutamos de un estupendo catálogo en el que ha participado el pintor aragonés Pepe Cerdá, gracias, Pepe, por tu generosidad.
La exposición de nuestros trabajos es el final de un proceso de trabajo que ya comenzó en septiembre en el taller de arte. Como cualquier otro grupo de alumnos de arte, hemos ido superando las dificultades hasta producir nuestras obras singulares. Los alumnos ahora participan de forma plena en la vida cultural de la ciudad de Zaragoza, ya que en esta muestra aparecen las obras más interesantes desde el punto de vista estético, como en cualquier otra exposición de Arte profesional.
En las obras predominan los colores vivos y los trazos espontáneos. Abundan los trabajos de corte abstracto, ya que se han realizado varios talleres centrados en la experimentación entorno a la abstracción. Felízmente, esta temática encaja muy bien con el lenguaje plástico de muchos de nuestros alumnos, como Teresa Alzugaray, Elsa Taboada, Luisa Jabato o Alfonso González.
Estamos encantados de que las obras seleccionadas pasen a formar parte de una colección: la colección de Arte Atades y se conviertan así en nuestro patrimonio.
Es nuestra nueva mirada la que revaloriza algo que no sólo pertenecerá al autor, sino que podrá ahora ser disfrutado por todos.
Esperamos que disfrutéis con la muestra. Vosotros mismos comprobaréis que muchas veces la discapacidad está en nuestra propia mirada, que muchas veces creemos infalible.
